Hi, I’m Mr. Lanni,
Middle School Art Teacher.
My Philosophy is simple… I believe that all students who enter my class are creative. Sometimes they may not even know it yet. It’s my job to teach the skills necessary to afford the student artist the opportunity to creatively express themselves. This expression through Art should be fun, can be therapeutic and at the same time assist in developing problem solving skills. These acquired skills and creative thinking can help the student artist in all subject areas and throughout life. An introduction to different Artists and exposure to a variety of art masterpieces will hopefully develop a lifelong appreciation for the Arts.
